1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made by consumers (§ 13 BGB) via the online shop shop.kool-as-ice.com of Manaliso GbR.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products does not constitute a legally binding offer. A binding contract is formed when you click “Place Order” and receive a confirmation by email.

4. Prices and Shipping

All prices are stated in euros and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or fees for international deliveries.

5. Delivery

Orders are fulfilled via external print-on-demand partners and delivered to the shipping address provided. Estimated delivery time within Europe is 5–10 business days.

6. Payment

Payment is made via the available methods (e.g. credit card, PayPal, Klarna). The selected payment method will be charged upon order confirmation.

7. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment is received.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. Please refer to the separate withdrawal policy. This right may not apply to personalized or custom-made items (§ 312g Abs. 2 BGB).

9. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. For complaints, please contact: order@kool-as-ice.com.

10. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr We are not obliged and not willing to participate in such a procedure.

11. Governing Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The contract language is German.
